BONEFROG VIRTUAL RACE

Each Race has different exercises and lengths for variety, training, and skill levels The different levels determine how many times you complete the circuit itself.

• Trident option available - NEW 2019 and 2020 Shirts and Medals
• Virtual Memorial Wall
• Red Wings/ 31 Heroes / Medal of Honor included in the challenge
• Endurance is now 21 miles for their distance to make it more of an Endurance event
  

SPRINT - 10 exercises & 3 total miles
CHALLENGE - 10 exercises & 6 total miles
TIER-1 - 10 exercises & 9 total miles
TRIDENT - 30 exercises & 18 total miles
ENDURANCE  - 10 exercises and 21 total miles

The challenge consists of bodyweight exercises, two carries (where you can make something with a bag if you don’t have weights) and running. There are reps and distances for each level as well. NO GYM EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED

We made sure to keep away from things that required equipment as we don’t know how many people have access to equipment at this time. Once you register you will receive a link in the confirmation with the challenge and all info. We currently have no deadline for when the challenge needs to be completed, however, we will eventually be coming out with another challenge for those that are interested.

(Shipping will start mid-September. Please allow 2.5 weeks for swag to arrive when you register. Longer for Canada and International)

*Trident is exclusive to venue events. It is not a part of the virtual challenge.
